Between Arles and the Mediterranean, the unique territory of the Parc naturel de Camargue boasts a unique ecosystem.
Canals, marshes or meadows, bees have a field day from April to October. The succession of wild and cultivated blooms is reflected in every jar of honey from this natural park. Among the region's stars are tamarisk flower, saladelle (known as the gardian's flower), marsh heather and wild ivy.
